4runner Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services on the 4runner platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 4runner platform — including the website, mobile app and all services provided — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of the 4runner platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using or refrain from using this platform immediately. Acceptance of these terms also constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this platform's legal framework.
The 4runner platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement under applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information to circumvent restrictions or exploit any platform terms is strictly prohibited. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. 4runner reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or anyone else — is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 4runner support team immediately through the available support channels on the platform.
Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the 4runner platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the platform's systems
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it
- Using illegally obtained funds for any transaction on the platform
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 4runner platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No automatic currency conversion will be applied, and the platform does not charge any exchange fees for standard MYR transactions.
Deposits made to your account will be credited once payment confirmation is received through a recognised channel. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policies and may require additional identity verification prior to approval, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding set limits.
4runner is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party banking system failures, network disruptions, or restrictions imposed by financial institutions. Any transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legally owned by them and do not violate any laws relating to money transfers or the financing of illegal activities.
4. Liability Limits & Disclaimers
The 4runner platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding its fitness for a particular purpose. The platform does not guarantee that its services will always be free from interruptions, errors or viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4runner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of money or anticipated winnings arising from gameplay or betting
- Service disruptions that prevent access to your account or the completion of ongoing bets
- Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence
- Technical errors occurring outside the platform's control during a transaction
4runner's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
4runner reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or money laundering activities, or provided false information during registration. Any legitimate balance remaining in a closed account will be returned on a case-by-case basis, subject to relevant internal investigations.
All content on the 4runner platform — including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software code and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the platform.
The 4runner platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers, game providers or other platforms. 4runner is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's own terms.
6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
4runner reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's sole discretion. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure you remain up to date with the latest version of the terms. If you do not agree with any amendments made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 4runner platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
